FREE COFFEE FOR SCHOOL EMPLOYEES OFFER

OFFER TERMS

These Offer Terms apply to the Free Coffee for School Employees Offer (“Offer”).

Offer Period: Beginning 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 09/01/2026 and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 09/30/2026 (“Offer Period”), each Employee at a school (any kind) can request one free coffee (iced (16 - 32 oz) or (hot (12-24 oz)) per calendar day (“Coffee”). Coffee is available only from an in-store “bean-to-cup” coffee bar during regular hours at participating locations during the Offer Period.

Sponsor: This Offer is sponsored by Global Montello Group Corp. (“Sponsor”). You agree that Sponsor’s decisions about eligibility or otherwise are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to this Offer.

Eligibility: Only school employees, contractors, and other contingency workers (collectively, “Employees”) with a valid, current school identification from a school located in the U.S. and who are legal U.S. residents and age 18 or older as of the date of the store visit during the Offer Period are eligible.

Offer Limit: One Coffee per person per calendar day during the Offer Period. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of attempting to circumvent this limit.

Other Terms: All Coffee details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Coffee is available only from an in-store “bean-to-cup” coffee bar. This Offer is valid only for participating Coffee products. Coffee is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, resold or offered for resale or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. This Offer is good while supplies last and cannot be combined with any other offer. This Offer is void outside the U.S. and where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Offer if for any reason it cannot be conducted as designed or intended. If Sponsor modifies, terminates or suspends this Offer, Sponsor will post a notice at https://beeskneesbenefits.com/freecoffee/ and https://alltownfresh.com/coffeeforeducators. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this Offer or any other promotion conducted by Sponsor or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries if a participant’s fraud or misconduct disrupts the intended execution of this Offer. Sponsor also reserves the right to correct errors or inconsistencies in promotional materials. If Offer-related promotional materials and these Offer Terms are inconsistent, then the Offer Terms will govern with respect to this Offer.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE SPONSOR AND ITS DIRECT AND INDIRECT PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS OFFER.

These Offer Terms form part of and are incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms (if any) used but not defined in these Offer Terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. If these Offer Terms and the Terms of Service conflict, then these Offer Terms will control solely to the extent of the conflict. By participating, you consent to the privacy practices described in our Privacy Policy [link]. AS MORE FULLY SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU ALSO AGREE TO ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES WITH GLOBAL AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND OTHER LIMITATIONS ON YOUR REMEDIES AND OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

These Offer Terms constitute our complete agreement with you regarding the Offer and supersede all prior agreements, offers or representations, and can only be amended or waived by Sponsor’s authorized representative. PLEASE do not participate if you do not agree to any part of these Offer Terms or our Privacy Policy.
