OFFER TERMS

These Offer Terms apply to the Coffee Trailer Visit Offer (“Offer”).

Sponsor: This Offer is sponsored by Global Montello Group Corp. (“Sponsor”).

Offer Period: This Offer begins at 12:00:01 a.m. ET on 09/01/2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on 09/30/2026 (“Offer Period”).

Who Can Participate: During the Offer Period, visit https://beeskneesbenefits.com/freecoffee/ and complete the on-screen nomination form with a description of why the school you are nominating is special and deserving of a Coffee Trailer Visit (defined below). Each submission of the nomination form is a “Nomination.”

Only a school located in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, or Vermont is eligible for a Nomination.

Only individual legal U.S. residents who are age 18 or older as of September 1, 2026 are eligible to submit Nominations. Sponsor’s and its parents’, subsidiaries’ and affiliates’ employees, officers, directors, members, managers and partners and their respective immediate family or household members (whether or not related) are not eligible to submit Nominations. Each eligible participant may submit only one Nomination per calendar day during the Offer Period. An eligible participant may submit a Nomination for the same school or for one or more different schools as long as eligible participant does not submit more than one Nomination per calendar day during the Offer Period.

Nominations: Nominations must not (a) include obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous, libelous, offensive, pornographic, adult-oriented content or material or any other sexually explicit content or material; (b) contain material or content relating to alcohol, illegal drugs, tobacco, firearms/weapons; (c) promote bigotry, racism, hatred, discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or (d) contain material or content that is unlawful, unsafe or dangerous, in each case as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Any nomination that violates any part of these Offer Terms is void. You agree that Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to a Nomination.

The time of receipt of any valid Nomination is the time that valid Nomination becomes available to Sponsor. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for this Offer.

Scoring: Each nominated school will receive a score of up to 100 points based on the following:

Independent judges’ evaluation of the description of what makes a nominated school special and deserving of a Coffee Trailer Visit in the Nomination. Maximum Score: 40 points.
The total number of valid Nominations that a school received. Maximum Score: 60 points.

The nominated schools that receive the ten (10) highest scores (out of 100 maximum points) will receive a Coffee Trailer Visit and are referred to as “Coffee Trailer Visit Schools”. Any tie will be resolved based on criteria determined by the judges.

Coffee Trailer Visit: Sponsor will dispatch a vehicle that will dispense free coffee (iced (16 oz) or (hot - 12 oz)) (“Coffee”) at each Coffee Trailer Visit School on a mutually agreed date and time (“Coffee Trailer Visit”). Employees, contractors, and other contingency workers of the Coffee Trailer Visit School (“Employees”) who are legal U.S. residents and age 18 or older as of the date of the Coffee Trailer Visit are eligible to receive one Coffee during the Coffee Trailer Visit. The duration of the Coffee Trailer Visit is one hour or, if sooner, while Coffee supplies last.

All Coffee Trailer Visit details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Each Coffee Trailer Visit is subject to applicable permitting and other similar requirements. If a Coffee Trailer Visit does not occur for any reason outside of Sponsor’s reasonable control, then Sponsor reserves the right to provide a substitution.

Other Terms: Participants are responsible for all internet and data charges associated with submitting Nominations. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of attempting to circumvent the daily Nomination limit.

Sponsor’s decisions about eligibility, Nominations, scoring or otherwise are final and binding (without right of appeal) in all matters related to this Offer.

A Coffee Trailer Visit and Coffee are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, resold or offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. This Offer is good while supplies last and cannot be combined with any other offer. This Offer is void outside the U.S. and where prohibited, taxed or otherwise restricted by law. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Offer if for any reason it cannot be conducted as designed or intended. If Sponsor modifies, terminates or suspends this Offer, Sponsor will post a notice at https://beeskneesbenefits.com/freecoffee/ and https://alltownfresh.com/coffeeforeducators. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this Offer or any other promotion conducted by Sponsor or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries if a participant’s fraud or misconduct disrupts the intended execution of this Offer. Sponsor also reserves the right to correct errors or inconsistencies in promotional materials. If Offer-related promotional materials and these Offer Terms are inconsistent, then the Offer Terms will govern with respect to this Offer.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS OFFER, EACH PARTICIPANT AND EACH EMPLOYEE AGREES TO RELEASE SPONSOR AND ITS DIRECT AND INDIRECT PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, PARTNERS AND EMPLOYEES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS OFFER.

These Offer Terms form part of and are incorporated into our Terms of Service. Capitalized terms (if any) used but not defined in these Offer Terms have the meanings given in the Terms of Service. If these Offer Terms and the Terms of Service conflict, then these Offer Terms will control solely to the extent of the conflict. By participating, each participant consents to the privacy practices described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. AS MORE FULLY SET FORTH IN SPONSOR’S TERMS OF SERVICE, EACH PARTICIPANT AND EACH EMPLOYEE ALSO AGREES TO ARBITRATION OF DISPUTES WITH SPONSOR AND A CLASS ACTION WAIVER AND OTHER LIMITATIONS ON REMEDIES AND SPONSOR’S LIABILITY TO EACH PARTICIPANT.

These Offer Terms constitute Sponsor’s complete agreement with each participant and each Employee regarding the Offer and supersede all prior agreements, offers or representations, and can only be amended or waived by Sponsor’s authorized representative.
