SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. WHO IS ELIGIBLE: This School Donation Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individual legal residents of Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Texas, Vermont, and Virginia (collectively, the “Sweepstakes States”) who are age eighteen or older at time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. Employees, officers and directors (and their immediate family or household members, whether or not related) of Sponsor (defined in Rule 13) and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, and each of their respective advertising, marketing, promotional, judging, fulfillment and other service agencies involved with the Sweepstakes, are not eligible to enter or win.

2. WHEN TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025 (“Entry Period”). The time of receipt of any valid entry will be the time that valid entry becomes available to Sponsor. Sponsor is the official timekeeper of the Sweepstakes.

3. HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the Sweepstakes two ways:

(I) During the Entry period, scan the QR Code posted on the Sweepstakes’ promotion materials located at a participating Bee’s Knees Benefits™ locations, excluding Alltown Fresh® locations, in the Sweepstakes States (each location, a “Location”) and follow the instructions provided to complete an entry form (“Entry Form”). Limit one (1) Entry per Account Holder. Each completed Entry Form during the Entry Period is an “Form Entry”.

In order to participate in the Sweepstakes, you must have a Bee’s Knees Benefits™ loyalty account (card, enrolled telephone number or mobile app) (an “Account”). If you do not have an Account, you may create one at https://beeskneesbenefits.com/; or download the Bee’s Knees Benefits™ mobile app from your mobile app store. Creating an Account is free. Your Account is subject to Bee’s Knees Benefits™ Terms and Service - Bee's Knees Benefits™ Loyalty Program, the terms described at https://beeskneesbenefits.com/faqs/, and the Consumer Privacy Policy at https://beeskneesbenefits.com/privacy-policy/.

(II) Alternate Method of Entry: To enter the Sweepstakes without completing an Entry Form, ) handprint legibly on paper no smaller than 3"x5" and no larger than 8”x11” the following: your first and last name, mailing address, telephone number with area code, and the name and address of one (1) public or non-profit school of your choosing located in a Sweepstakes State, and (b) mail the entry in a stamped envelope to: School Donation Sweepstakes, c/o Global Montello Group Corp., 800 South Street, Suite 500, Waltham MA 02453 (an “Alternate Entry”). All Alternate Entries must be postmarked by October 31, 2025 and received by November 7, 2025. Only one Alternate Entry per person is permitted; multiple entries in a single envelope may result in disqualification of all Entries, in Sponsor’s sole discretion. An Alternate Entry in an envelope larger than a #10 envelope is automatically disqualified. No mechanically-reproduced Alternate Entries are accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected or postage-due Alternate Entries, all of which will be disqualified.

A Form Entry and an Alternate Entry are referred to together as an “Entry” or “Entries.”

4. ENTRY LIMIT: One Entry per Account during the Entry Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of attempting to circumvent these entry limits. Use of any automated system (such as a bot) to participate in this Sweepstakes is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Proof of entry submission is not proof of receipt by Sponsor.

5.PRIZE AND ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) Prize per Sweepstakes State. Each “Prize” is a donation in the amount of Five Hundred and 00/100 ($500.00) Dollars to a public or nonprofit school of the winner’s choosing located in a Sweepstakes State where the winner legally resides. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $500. Prize Details: All Prize details are determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. No transfer, cash or other substitution of a Prize is permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize with a Prize of equal or greater value but no other substitution or transfer of a Prize is permitted. Sponsor is responsible only for Prize delivery and is not responsible for a Prize’s utility to its winner. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes, fees and other expenses, if any, associated with acceptance and use of a Prize. THE PRIZE IS AWARDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE FROM SPONSOR. Odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.6.DRAWING: One Prize winner per Sweepstakes State will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by representatives of Sponsor on or about November 26, 2025 (“Drawing Date”) from among all eligible Entries received. Until Sponsor verifies both the selected entrant’s compliance with these Official Rules and the chosen school, the selected entrant is a “Potential Winner” and its chosen school, a “Potential School”.7.WINNER NOTIFICATION & VERIFICATION:a.Sponsor’s representative will first attempt to contact a Potential Winner via telephone or email (using the information associated with the Entry,) on or before November 28, 2025. Potential Winner will be sent a Winner’s Affidavit of Eligibility and Release, (“Required Forms”) which they will be required to sign and return within five (5) business days after the date sent to be confirmed as a winner. Once the Potential Winner is verified, Sponsor’s representative will attempt to contact the Potential School via telephone. An authorized representative of the Potential School must agree to accept the Prize by signing Required Forms within seven days after the date sent to be confirmed as a winner.b.If a Potential Winner or Potential School fails to return the Required Forms by the specified date or otherwise fails to fully comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may in its sole discretion, if the Required Forms are returned as undeliverable, if a prize-related communication is returned as undeliverable or if a Potential Winner is deemed ineligible, the Prize is forfeited and, if time and circumstances allow, Sponsor will draw an alternate winner, who will be subject to verification in the same manner as described above. All decisions of Sponsor with respect to the winner selection and verification are final and binding.8.PRIZE DELIVERY: The Prize will be sent to the address of the school selected by the winner as soon as possible after the Potential Winner is declared as the winner but, in any event, within approximately fifteen (15) business days after verification. Return of any Prize or prize-related communication as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The Sweepstakes Parties (defined in Rule 9) below are not responsible for Prize delivery failure due to delivery service cancellations or delays or other delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, acts of terrorism and other circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control, as well as any action or failure to act on the part of the winner. Unclaimed Prizes will not be awarded.9.ENTRANT RELEASE: BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES:•YOU WARRANT TO SPONSOR THAT YOU MEET THE ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, PROVIDE YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL AGREEMENT TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE DECISIONS OF SPONSOR, WHICH ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.•YOU AGREE THAT ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION,

VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, PARTICIPANTS’ RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY, AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH, THE LAWS OF THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES.

•YOU CONSENT TO THE JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCALCOURTS LOCATED IN SUFFOLK COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS.

•EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, YOU AGREE THAT: (i) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS,AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKESOR A PRIZE WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OFCLASS ACTION, AND EXCLUSIVELY BY A STATE OR FEDERAL COURT IN THECOMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS; (ii) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS, ANDAWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED, INCLUDINGCOSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES BUT IN NO EVENTATTORNEYS' FEES; AND (iii) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TOCLAIM OR OBTAIN DAMAGES OR AWARDS FOR, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ALL RIGHTSTO, (A) INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND ANYOTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN FOR ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES, AND (B)HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED.

•YOU RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES ANDSUBSIDIARIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS AND ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONALAGENCIES AND THE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MANAGERS, MEMBERS, UNITHOLDERS,EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS AND/OR ASSIGNS OF EACH (COLLECTIVELY, THE“SWEEPSTAKES PARTIES”) FROM ANY DAMAGE, PHYSICAL HARM, INJURY, LOSS ORLIABILITY, DUE IN WHOLE OR PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM ORRELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE ORMISUSE OF THE PRIZE.

•BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, YOU AGREE TO USE OF YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, LIKENESSAND/OR PRIZE INFORMATION FOR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES RELATED TO THESWEEPSTAKES (INCLUDING THE WINNERS’ LIST) IN ANY MEDIUM WITHOUT ADDITIONALCOMPENSATION TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10.GENERAL CONDITIONS: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID OUTSIDE OF THE SWEEPSTAKESSTATES AND WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR OTHERWISE RESTRICTED BY LAW. All applicablefederal, state and local laws, rules and regulations apply. The Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible forlate, lost, incomplete, undeliverable, misaddressed or misdirected entries, mail, email or othercommunications; errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects or delays in operations or transmissionof information or Accounts, in each case whether arising by way of technical or other failures or malfunctionsof computer hardware, software, communications devices and their settings or transmission lines; datacorruption, theft or destruction; or unauthorized access to or alteration or loss of Sweepstakes-relatedinformation, Accounts or materials. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict participation from any IP or MACaddress, device or Account if suspicious activity is detected or suspected. Sponsor assumes noresponsibility for undeliverable emails resulting from any form of active or passive email filtering by aparticipant's Internet service provider or for insufficient space in a participant 's email account to receiveemail. The Sweepstakes Parties disclaim any liability for damage to any computer system resulting fromparticipation in, or accessing or downloading information in connection with, this Sweepstakes, includingAccount use and creation. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspendthis Sweepstakes if for any reason this Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as designed or intended. IfSponsor modifies, terminates or suspends this Sweepstakes, Sponsor will post a notice atwww.beeskneesbenefits.com and, if time and circumstances allow, determine procedures for awarding the

Prizes. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant from this Sweepstakes or any other promotion or loyalty program conducted by Sponsor or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries if the participant’s fraud or misconduct disrupts the intended execution of this Sweepstakes. Sponsor also reserves the right to correct errors or inconsistencies in promotional materials or in the announcement of a Prize. If Sweepstakes-related promotional materials and these Official Rules are inconsistent, then the Official Rules shall govern with respect to this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries undertake no liability and no responsibility, and make no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any failure to perform or negligent performance of any of their service providers assisting with execution of this Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

11.PRIVACY. Personal information provided to Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be usedby Sponsor to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy,which is available at https://beeskneesbenefits.com/privacy-policy/.

12.WINNERS’ LIST: To request the winners’ names, send a stamped, self-addressed (#10) envelope to:Bee Knee’s Benefits School Donation Sweepstakes Winner Request, c/o Global Montello Group Corp., 800South Street, Suite 500, Waltham MA 02453. Request must be received by Sponsor no later thanNovember 30, 2025. In Rhode Island only, the winner’s name also are available at Customer Service atparticipating Locations from November 23, 2025 through November 30, 2025. For protection of winner’sprivacy, only winner’s first name, first initial of last name and state of residence will be provided.
